Refunds & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, if you are not happy with your purchase made from www.gotsoul.com.au you are eligible for a refund.
Within 7 days of receiving your order you may return or exchange an item purchased from www.gotsoul.com.au, please get in touch with us here.
A refund or replacement request must;
1. Be placed with Got Soul within 7 days of receiving your product.
2. Returned with original receipt and/or packing invoice.
3. Product to be in as new condition including original packaging and any included accessories.
Got Soul are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on;
1. Sale items
2. Opened items
3. Items for return after 7 days
4. Items returned without receipt or packing invoice
5. Special orders
6. Items that are damaged or have signs of use
Following the above, you may return your item to Got Soul. We will send you a label for our returns department, please print this and secure to your package.
Please ship your item with insured, traceable mail along with your name, address, phone number, instructions, and a copy of your receipt or packing invoice. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs for items returned.
Once your item is received it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive new items (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost of the purchase (excluding any shipping costs) directly through Paypal. You will receive notification once this has been complete. We aim to process refunds within 30 days.
Got Soul reserves the right to modify its exchange and returns policy.
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $10 Australia wide only.

Delivery times given are estimates given by shipping carriers, Got Soul will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure your delivery information is correct when placing your order, Got Soul will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery information.
